- 8 slices prosciutto
- 8 oz (225 g) fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wrap each mozzarella cube with a slice of prosciutto, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the wrapped cheese on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until prosciutto is crispy and cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and drizzle with olive oil. Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add a small basil leaf inside each prosciutto wrap for extra flavor.
- For a touch of heat, include a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking.
