- 1 pound Italian sausage links
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place sausage links in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours or until cooked through.
- Remove sausage, slice into pieces, and set aside.
- Add sliced peppers, onions, garlic, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for an additional 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Add sliced sausage back into the mixture, cook for 30 minutes, then serve hot.
