Instructions
- Cook rice in water according to package instructions; set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef with a splash of water; simmer for a few minutes.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls, top with seasoned beef, and garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
- Sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.

- Feel free to customize toppings with avocado, jalapenos, or olives.
