Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then remove from heat and stir in sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts.
- Sift cocoa powder, flour, and salt into the mixture and fold until fully combined.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool, then cut into squares and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
