Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sour cream, sugar, eggs, butterscotch syrup, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, until set. Let cool completely.
- Top with whipped cream and drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours for best results.
- You can substitute butterscotch syrup with caramel-flavored syrup.
