- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butterbeer syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Stir in butterbeer syrup and vanilla; fold in toffee bits.
- Pour filling over crust, bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving for extra magic.
Notes
- Chill bars for at least 2 hours before slicing for clean cuts.
- You can substitute caramel sauce with chocolate for a different flavor twist.
