Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream, butterbeer syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over crust and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add caramel sauce on top before serving.
- Use high-quality butterbeer syrup for authentic taste.
