Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix gently until combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each into a round patty, refining edges with a cookie cutter.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side until an internal temperature of 160Β°F (71Β°C) is reached.
  4. In the last minute of grilling, add cheese on each patty to melt, then assemble on hamburger buns with your choice of toppings and condiments.
