  • 1 poppy seed hot dog bun
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped white onions
  • 2 tomato wedges
  • 1 dill pickle spear
  • 2 sport peppers
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon sweet green pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Steam the poppy seed bun until warm and slightly soft. Cook the all-beef hot dog by either steaming or grilling until heated through
  2. Squeeze a generous line of yellow mustard down the length of the hot dog
  3. Generously sprinkle freshly chopped white onions over the mustard
  4. Add sweet green pickle relish, tomato wedges, pickle spear, and sport peppers
  5. Finish with a light sprinkle of celery salt
