For the Streusel Topping:

- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the sour cream.
- In a separate bowl, combine the streusel topping ingredients until crumbly.
- Pour the coffee cake batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle streusel topping evenly on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
