Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the sour cream.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine the streusel topping ingredients until crumbly.
  7. Pour the coffee cake batter into the prepared pan and sprinkle streusel topping evenly on top.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool before serving.
