- 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni slices or your favorite pizza toppings
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- Olive oil for brushing

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using a Pizzazz Plus, set it up for optimal results.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thickness. Cut into small squares or circles using a cookie cutter.
- Place each piece onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a small spoonful of marinara sauce on each piece, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Add pepperoni slices or other toppings. Sprinkle with dried oregano and garlic powder for extra flavor.
- Brush the edges with olive oil for a golden crust.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
