- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Royal blue candy melts (for coating)
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, butter, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
- Add milk, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow the cake to cool before crumbling it into small pieces.
- Mix crumbled cake with frosting until it holds together. Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Insert sticks into each ball and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt royal blue candy melts and dip each cake pop. Add sprinkles before the coating hardens.
- Let the cake pops cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.
- For longer storage, freeze in layers separated by parchment paper for up to two months.
- Get creative with decorations; use different colors and edible glitter!
