Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dried cranberries, almonds, dried apricots, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the mixture and toss gently.
- Bake for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
- Let cool completely, then fold in mini chocolate chips.
