Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and mix with sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, beat until combined.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt until just mixed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares to enjoy.

- For extra fudginess, add a touch of espresso powder to the batter.
