- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the oranges thoroughly and slice them into rounds, removing any seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth and season with salt and pepper.
- On a serving platter, layer orange slices, drizzle the dressing over them, and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
- Mix gently to combine flavors, then serve chilled or at room temperature.
