- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (adjust according to your spice tolerance)
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated chicken, and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
- Reduce the heat to low, add butter and hot sauce, and stir well to coat the chicken evenly.
- Transfer to a serving platter, garnish with parsley, and serve with preferred sides.
