Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate with vegetable shortening in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip the bottom of a large marshmallow into the melted white chocolate, and attach to a parchment-lined baking sheet. Stack two more marshmallows on top to form the body.
- Coat the entire marshmallow structure with melted white chocolate and attach candy eyes while still wet.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and draw a smile with a black edible marker once chocolate hardens.
