- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate sauce
- Maraschino cherries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter and mix with sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the wet mixture and stir until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9ร13 inch baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely.
- Cut cooled brownies into squares and place in bowls. Top each square with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and add whipped cream.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and any other toppings you desire. Serve immediately and enjoy!

- Store leftover brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
