Ingredients
Scale
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
- 1 scoop strawberry ice cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup whipped cream (store-bought or freshly whipped)
- 1 maraschino cherry, for topping
- 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
- Optional: crushed nuts or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Let ice cream soften slightly at room temperature for 5–10 minutes.
- Place one scoop each of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream into a large glass hurricane glass or sundae bowl—stack them for a塔 effect or serve side-by-side for a messy, Luke’s-style vibe.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup and caramel sauce over the ice cream.
- Sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles and optional nuts or chocolate chips.
- Crown with a generous dollop of whipped cream and top with the maraschino cherry.
- Serve immediately with a long spoon and plenty of nostalgic charm.
Notes
- For extra authenticity, use chocolate-dipped cone pieces as a rim garnish.
- To make it more ‘Gilmore-style,’ serve with a side of coffee—Luke’s favorite pairing!
- Vegan/dairy-free? Swap with plant-based ice cream and coconut whipped cream.
