Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Boil the noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the cottage cheese and cooked noodles to the wet mixture, stirring gently to combine evenly.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon, raisins, or chopped nuts if desired.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
Notes
- Allow the kugel to cool completely before storing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
