Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Marinate the chicken pieces in the sauce for 10-15 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- If desired, transfer the cooked chicken to a skillet, toss with remaining sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
