  • 2 tbsp butterscotch chips, melted and cooled slightly
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Edible gold dust or luster dust
  • Mini golden spheres (edible chocolate or candy gold balls)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Unroll crescent dough and press seams together to form one rectangle.
  3. Brush dough with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  4. Roll up tightly and cut into 12 slices. Place cut-side down on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly.
  6. Whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and melted butterscotch chips until smooth.
  7. Frost each roll lightly. Dust with edible gold dust.
  8. Gently press one golden sphere onto the center of each frosted roll.
