Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Mix well.
- In a saucepan, melt peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Pour the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly coated.
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the granola mixture and press firmly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
