- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by combining apple cider vinegar, BBQ sauce, garlic, brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Marinate the pork ribs in a large baking dish, ensuring even coating. Cover and let sit for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

- Remove the ribs from the heat, let them rest, then cut into portions and serve hot with side dishes of your choice.
Notes
- For optimal flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Serve with sides like coleslaw, baked beans, or cornbread.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or wrap and freeze for up to 2 months.
