- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup jalapeños
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then stir in taco seasoning.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over chips and bake in preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
- Top with seasoned beef, diced tomatoes, black olives, jalapeños, dollops of sour cream, guacamole, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the oven until cheese is melty again.
