Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix honey, melted butter, eggs, and Firewhisky until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until well incorporated.
- Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool, then drizzle with honey glaze before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger Firewhisky flavor, add an extra tablespoon.
- You can substitute honey with maple syrup for a different flavor.
