- Β½ cup caramel sauce
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Mix in sour cream and butterbeer flavoring.
- Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Cool completely in the pan.
- Top with caramel sauce and whipped cream. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
