Instructions
- Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Gradually add milk, blending until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Fill cauldron molds with batter about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cakes cool in the molds for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Frost the tops with chocolate frosting and sprinkle with edible glitter before serving.
