Instructions

- Beat the egg and mix it into the dry ingredients, adding milk to form a slightly sticky dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking tray, shaping them for a ‘rock’ look.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, then cool on a wire rack.
