- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- Edible gold stars for garnish
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of small cups or jars.
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spoon over the crust.
- Warm caramel sauce slightly and drizzle on top of each cheesecake.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form and pipe or spoon over caramel layer.
- Garnish with edible gold stars and serve chilled.
Notes
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving for best texture.
- You can substitute with gluten-free graham crackers if needed.
