Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Using a round cutter, cut the dough into 3-inch circles.
- Place mozzarella cheese and pepperoni in the center of each dough circle, fold over, and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
