Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip zucchini fries into beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Spray fries lightly with cooking oil.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
