Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground meat and cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pour in enchilada sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top and cover until cheese melts, about 3 minutes.
