Ingredients

- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 3 celery stalks, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook kielbasa slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add onions, carrots, and celery to the pot and cook until tender.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and paprika. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, add cabbage, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Return kielbasa to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.

- You can substitute turkey kielbasa for more lean options.
- Vegetables can be adjusted to your preference.
