  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 celery stalks, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook kielbasa slices until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add onions, carrots, and celery to the pot and cook until tender.
  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and paprika. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, add cabbage, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Return kielbasa to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
