Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the beef cubes over medium heat until browned on all sides.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
- Add carrots, celery, potatoes, and thyme; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
- Stir in green beans and tomato paste; cook for an additional 15 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
