- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- 4 cheese slices (cheddar or American)
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup and mustard, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly distributed.
- Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, adding cheese in the last minute to melt.
- Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster before assembling the burger.

- Serves with crispy fries, salad, or coleslaw for a full meal experience.
- Leftover patties can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
