- 3 cups high-quality dark chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup premium scotch whiskey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in scotch whiskey and vanilla extract.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the fudge mixture.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve with a glass of scotch for the full Barney experience.
