Ingredients

  • 3 cups high-quality dark chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup premium scotch whiskey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
