- 2 bags of tortilla chips
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 jalapeño, sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup of black olives, sliced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- On a baking tray, layer tortilla chips, followed by cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, and black olives.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot with sour cream, diced avocado, and garnish with cilantro.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
- Reheat by warming in the oven at 350°F (175°C) with a sprinkle of fresh cheese.
- For a vegetarian option, omit any meat and add extra veggies.
