- 2 tablespoons Scotch whisky
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches a rolling boil. Boil for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and marshmallow creme, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in nuts if using.
- Incorporate Scotch whisky evenly into the mixture. Pour the fudge into an 8×8 inch parchment-lined baking pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm. Remove from the pan and cut into squares to serve.
