- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3/4 cup butterscotch sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch sauce, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Cool completely.
- Spread whipped cream on top, drizzle with caramel sauce, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Slice and serve.
Notes
- For a stronger butterscotch flavor, add extra sauce into the filling.
- Chill the bars thoroughly before slicing for clean edges.
