Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, cool completely.
- Decorate cupcakes with frosting and themed toppers.
