Instructions
- Preheat your oven and prepare the cake batter according to the package instructions. Bake the cake and let it cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl and mix in the buttercream frosting until well combined and firm enough to roll into balls.
- Shape the mixture into small orbs and place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
- Insert a lollipop stick into each cake orb and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the candy melts in a microwave or double boiler, adding food coloring to match your emotional themes.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted candy, allowing excess to drip off, then decorate with edible glitter or mini chocolate chips to represent different emotions.
- Let the cake pops set completely before serving or displaying.
