  • Green food coloring
  • Gummy Gator mold

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice, honey (or corn syrup), and unflavored gelatin.
  2. Warm the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly until the gelatin completely dissolves. Do not boil.
  3. Add several drops of green food coloring until you reach the vibrant Gator green hue.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the gummy Gator mold, filling each cavity evenly.
  6. Tap the mold gently to release air bubbles and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
  7. Gently unmold the gummies by twisting the mold to loosen them.
