- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the glaze: 1/2 cup ketchup, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, and beaten egg until well combined.
- Add the onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the mixture and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar, then spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 60 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
