- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, caramel sauce, sea salt
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar, then add melted unsalted butter.
- Stir until the crumbs are moistened and press firmly into a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes until golden, then let cool slightly.
- In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 2 tablespoons of butter until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the cooled crust, spreading evenly. Add optional toppings and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

- Even Crust: Use the bottom of a measuring cup to press crust evenly.
- Prevent Burning: Stir frequently while melting chocolate and use low heat.
