  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and salt.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, mix honey and nut butter until smooth. Remove and stir in vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Line an 8Γ—8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, then transfer and press the mixture evenly into the dish. Chill for at least 2 hours, then cut into bars.
