- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and salt.
- In a saucepan over low heat, mix honey and nut butter until smooth. Remove and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the honey mixture over dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Line an 8Γ8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, then transfer and press the mixture evenly into the dish. Chill for at least 2 hours, then cut into bars.
