Ingredients

  • 6 large spinach tortilla wraps
  • 350g chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp tzatziki sauce
  • 2 tbsp garlic aioli
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss chicken slices with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 15 seconds.
  4. Lay tortillas flat. Spread 1 tbsp garlic aioli and 1/2 tbsp tzatziki on each.
  5. Layer lettuce, tomato, onion, then chicken strips. Fold tortilla like a burrito.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
