- 6 large spinach tortilla wraps
- 350g chicken breast, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp tzatziki sauce
- 2 tbsp garlic aioli
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken slices with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; cook chicken 3β4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Warm tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 15 seconds.
- Lay tortillas flat. Spread 1 tbsp garlic aioli and 1/2 tbsp tzatziki on each.
- Layer lettuce, tomato, onion, then chicken strips. Fold tortilla like a burrito.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

- for extra flavor, marinate chicken 30 mins before cooking
- vegetarian option: swap chicken for spiced chickpeas or grilled portobello mushrooms
