Ingredients
Scale
- 500g of chicken or beef strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- Cut your chosen meat into even strips and marinate in olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice the red and yellow bell peppers and red onion. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the marinated meat and vegetables alternately onto skewers, creating colorful, fiery combinations.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill the skewers, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked through and vegetables are slightly charred, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve hot with spicy dipping sauce or cool cucumber salad on a themed platter for a superhero dining experience.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or other proteins as desired.
- For extra heat, add chopped chili or a drizzle of hot sauce before serving.
- Marinate longer for more intense flavor infusion.
