Instructions
- Gather all fresh ingredients: spinach, kale, banana, green apple, cucumber, and coconut water.
- Add the spinach, kale, banana, apple slices, and cucumber into a high-speed blender.
- Pour in the coconut water or green juice, add honey or sweetener if desired, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water and blend again. For a colder beverage, add ice cubes and blend until combined.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with a lime slice or mint sprig for a cosmic touch. Serve immediately.
