Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup blue jelly (for decoration)
- White frosting (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla; mix until fluffy. Add eggs one by one, then stir in sour cream.
- Pour filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top. Bake for 50 minutes until edges are set. Let cool in the oven with the door cracked for 1 hour.
- Once cooled, top with blue jelly and decorate with white frosting to create an Iron Man suit design. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use dairy-free cream cheese if needed for a dairy-free version.
- Prevent cracks by following the slow cooling method.
- Make in advance to enhance flavors.
